The Capo Forma Real Cyclist Team Bib Short shows the love whether you’re on mile 70 of your century or you’re just hitting the coffee shop for a re-charge. Cutting edge fabrics and a multi-density, funk-fighting, carbon-infused chamois put comfort on lockdown, and the custom Real Cyclist Team graphics call out the props. CapoForma’sMeryl ActiSystem Power Lycra bottoms hold their shape, provide muscle support, and shade your legs with high-level UV protection, while the wicking CapoForma V-mesh upper goes nearly unnoticed beneath your jersey.
34" waist and I'm between 182-186 lbs. Bought the large and while they're snug they aren't constricting at all. Very happy with them compared with PI bibs I also have.
I love Capo bibs and you have a great price. My question is which of their stock bibs yours is closest to. The Chamois looks like the Atlas bib (hard to believe at this price). The bib itself looks close to the Modena. Could you help me out, as I do find a difference in my various bibs from them.
I just got them, so I will answer my own question. The Chamois is the higher end Capo, while the bib construction is lower end. The bid does not have the gel leg grippers and the stitching isn't tight and flat like the higher end bibs. To me the chamois is most important. Second is support, which it does have. I would guess that the stitching could annoy some people. On the whole a very good deal.
Lots of people don't like to pay to pimp a product for someone else, but these CapoForma Real Cyclist Team Bib shorts are pretty sweet. The graphics are neat, if not understated! More importantly, after a few rides I find that this particular bib is pretty comfy. I like the leg grippers and the chamois feels like it should - you don't feel it. If you don't want to advertise for the site, just grab the same bib sans logo. I do find that when I "logo up" i tend to try and ride a little harder, so maybe there is some value there!!
I'm 6'4'' and I weigh 165 pounds, my waist is about a 32. This usually puts me right in between a medium and large. The mediums usually fit the shoulder straps are just tight. What do you think I should go with for these bibs?
This bibs have been great for the month or so I've had them. They are very comfy and feel awesome when in the saddle. They were my first pair of bibs so I was worried about comfort and rubbing. I've had no issues with the straps rubbing. They are great. I have no complaints. Well, maybe just one. The price. I paid $140 for them. Now they are less than $100. Dang!! Anyway, they are definitely worth it. Great Product!
I'm 5'10'' and weight about 170 pounds. I have am ~32" waist. I'm curious as to whether or not I should get a medium or large. I seem to be right on the fringe of both. I don't want the bibs to be too tight, but then again I want them to be snug. What do you suggest??
Write your answer here. Yr bib short should have a tight fit . Woould recommend either small or medium depending on yr confort. I wear small. I am 5'10 and 165pounds. Cheers.

Took these nice bibs out on a 65mi group ride today and it held up very well. No noticeable discomfort compared to my regular Pearl Izumi Ultrasensor's. Such a high end bib for this price is such a great deal. RealCyclist continues to impress.
I hope RealCyclist comes out with another design. I'll be sure to buy those too.
Write your question here...The sizing chart for these bibs list Medium for chet 30-32 inces? That is a small chest. Did you mean to write waist? thanks
I got these because they were cheap and now I'm hooked on capo. The chamois on these is so much more comfortable than the one in my comparable $140 Louis Garneau's it's not even funny. The Louis's chamois is comfy and all, but these... these are unreal. The fit is great (order a size up from your American usual bib size) and the non-standard leg grippers (no rubber!) are fantastic. I ride these shorts whenever I can!
UPDATE: I wrecked in these over the weekend... they stood up pretty well minus one little rip. Any part of my leg not covered by the shorts was torn up pretty bad, but the shorts seem to have kept the rest of my leg from getting bad road rash. They're still wearable, and just as comfy as ever!
Super comfortable! The leg elastics are definitely nicer than the standard. Definitely shaped for sitting on the bike - can feel a little awkward when standing but otherwise really nice.
I bought these as a test for bibs. I didn't want to spend $150+ on a pair of bibs to only not like them. Aside from the spider design (your buds will be sure to comment) They are incredibly comfortable. The chamois is amazing. They are a couple of inches shorter vs. the 9in seems i usually wear but not a problem. The only issue I had was sort of pain behind my trap. never had this before and could only attribute this to the straps. Just my body I guess. But if you are in the market for a high end bib at an awesome deal buy these. You will not be sorry
So, I always hear that the price difference for different shorts often is a direct result of the price of the chamois. What's the big deal? It's just sculpted foam right? We'll turns out, it a pretty detailed process for the cytech chamois. Specifically the one in this short :http://www.elasticinterface.com/multi%20d%20anatomic.html
