I bought this cap as a backup to my old school wool blend cycling cap that I've had for 18 years. From the rendering shown, it appeared that this cap would be a worthy replacement option...but for me, not so.

First, the fit was too big. Not the fault of the CapoForma...it just was way to big...and, mind you, I have a big head (7-3/8). So keep that in mind when/if ordering the large size in this cap. If you want a tighter fit for under a helmet...you'd better have a huge melon. It would help if the cap had been modeled by an actual person to better judge fit/form/function. Secondly, it looked like the brim had some reinforcement but it doesn't so it's really floppy.

On the bright side, the wool material was very nice and a comfortable weight. The weight of the wool would make it nice to wear under a helmet but not on its own...it's more attune to a skull cap.

All in all, it wasn't the product for me.
