Can you where these tights over padded bike shorts?

Yeah, throw them over your favorite shorts or bids for a ride, and leter this season use them for cross country skiing or as a windproof layer under your downhill ski pants. I also prefer the no-pad tights because you can take them off if it gets warmer after a long day in the saddle.
