Castelli Prologo Full-Zip Jersey - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Love the styling and fit of the jersey but I would definitely recommend a base layer underneath on colder or windy days. As usual with Castelli go up one size larger than normal. I used to be a pearl izumi fan, but I find myself buying castelli more often now.

Very nice materials with a good fit - not too tight. Has a mesh lining that along with the jersey material keeps you incredibly dry even when it warms up. First time I wore this I got caught in the rain. I couldn't believe how dry the jersey was when I got home. Good for temps from the high fifities up to about 70f. Although this jersey isn't as fitted as some others, it is consistant with Castelli sizing. Figure on going up one size from P I or Cannondale. I'm 6'1" - 200lbs and the XXL fits well. Sleeves are a bit long for the size.

This jersey is not a cold weather standalone jersey, it is however ideal for those days you are starting out in the high 50's low 60's but expect to end up in the 70's.

The jersey is highly breathable and is tight but not skin tight. I sun burned my arms recently and after applying sun screen I decided to further protect myself with this jersey. The day was in the 70's with no clouds. I did the whole ride (3hrs) with the jersey staying totally dry and very comfortable.

The only negative is they place their tag about where your left kidney is - very annoying. I ripped that out with my teeth on my first ride and cleaned it up later and its been perfect since, no iritating points.

I wear a US large and chose the XL as recommended in the sizing guide. That was a perfect fit. I like this jersey so much that when I get back to riding trim I will order a second one a size down.

The materials and workmanship seem excellent. Just what I needed for the cold morning trek. One complaint is they are a little on the small size. Like so much of the cycling gear I'd order up a size.

I am so tired of riding my bike and having to give head nods to you cycling nerds out there in your fluorescent yellow jerseys and neon orange shorts. I understand you don't want to get hit by a car, but you look like a moron and It's bad enough that you're wearing lyrca shorts in public. Instead why don't you pick up a jersey like this Castelli Prologo Cycling Jersey that has some classic style and isn't plastered in logos of companies you aren't sponsored by. It's a great breathable jersey, lots of back pockets, but you're going to need a jacket or an underarmor shirt underneath for the actual cold, despite the long sleeves.
Bottom Line: No matter how fast you ride in your fluorescent gear, but I'm going to look way better doing it.
