Can I use this aero bar to Rocky Mountain RC 50 D Bike?

Technically yes, they will mount on most 31.8 mm bars. Most people don't put aero bars on hybrid bikes but if you are in need of a few seconds being in the aero position could get you there.

Terry, yes, they will work with most round 31.8 bars, including ergo bars that have a 31.8 round diameter mounting area about 100 mm wide. There is a good photo on Easton's webpage:

If you have a 31.8mm handlebar it will fit. If you have any other diameter bar you will be out of luck.
