Giro Atmos Cycling Helmet - Women's
The Giro Atmos Helmet is the choice of elite women riders around the world. Yep, even in France. With 26 vents scooping fresh air through the internal channels and out the rear, the Atmos actually keeps you cooler than riding without a helmet, while Giro's famous Roc-Loc 4 fit system grips your head like an octopus on steroids. Carbon-fiber roll cage construction tips the scales at a measly nine ounces, so you'll barely know it's there until it saves your gray matter.
Bottom Line: The Giro Atmos is lighter than smoke, and safe as houses.
Very Cool helmet!

The atmos looks great and keeps your head incredibly cool throughout the ride! At first it really dug into my forehead during rides and I found myself loosening it after 1-2 hours. However, I took some pieces of replacement/spare lining from another helmet and affixed it just across the inside front edge and haven't had pain/problems since. Would definitely buy again.

looks like made in the alien's workshop.Giro's quality is quite nice. They are one of the leading helmet suppliers in the USA. If you buy any gear from backcountry.com & are not totally satisfied, they'll let you return it, no questions. I love my Giro helmet, and I have a feeling you will love this one. Plus, pink is very "hot looking" ;-)

Love my new helmet! I wanted a helmet that was well ventilated and that is why I purchased this helmet. When the ad said that it kept you cooler than nothing at all, I did not believe it; however, when riding on a hot day, my entire body was sweating but when I took off my helmet, my hair was dry! I couldn't believe it! Definitely worth the price.
light, cool, nice venting

i think the little plastic thing is hard to adjust one handed on the back of the helmet but everything else is awesome. It even comes with a removable inner liner which is super nice when it's a little bit cooler.
