Does the price include a pair of shoecovers or is each cover

Does the price include a pair of shoecovers or is each cover sold separately in which case I would want to buy two?

The sizing is still not clear. What would be useful is a chart showing which shoe sizes are accommodated by each of the shoecover sizes.

How are they sized? i,e are they sized to fit over cycling shoes or other shoes -- i.e. hiking boots or running shoes. Which size would be best to fit over a size 9 running shoe?

thought these might be a little better than my old Pearl Izumi wind covers NOPE, the zipper digs into the back of my ankle, wore them twice so far and already have a hole starting on the heel, save your money and use and old sock or you might try the Casteli slip on shoe covers that I bought for my wife
