I've seen elsewhere that this jacket is supposedly made from Gore-tex paclite...but on this page, it says 100% polyamide shell and gore-tex membrane. So this is not 100% Gore-Tex paclite?

Thanks for your question regarding GORE-TEX® Paclite®. The COUNTDOWN jacket is made of GORE-TEX® Paclite® and GORE-TEX® Paclite® stretch. GORE-TEX® Paclite® material is created through laminating the GORE-TEX® Paclite® membrane to another material which in the case of the COUNTDOWN jacket is 100% polymide. Unless you plan to bike in sub freezing temps, this is all the jacket you will ever need. Very lightweight and the windproofing is 100%...you will not feel the wind even on the chilliest of days. All you need even on very cold days is a long sleeve tech shirt, a long sleeve Century jersey, and this jacket. Yes, to start you may be slightly chilly but you will quickly warm up and find that you don't need any more than this. I have biked in the low 40's with a fairly stiff breeze and found this jacket to be all I needed. I love it and think you will too! Also, the sleeves unzip so you can use it as a vest as things warm up. I bought the Lemon for high vis, don't understand why anyone would wear dark cycling clothes (safety hazard).
