How do i determine the right size for Gore Knee Warmers?

You should be able to make a generalization, based off the other dimensions on this chart. _______________________________________________________________________________________Most Men or Women 5'8" to 6'5" L/XLMost Women or Men (up to about 5'8) Sm/Md__________________________________________________________________________________If they are to small they will cut off the circulation, to large they will fall off.I hope tha this helps.

While they are a good, basic knee warmer and great weight, they don't stay in postion well unless you have shorts that will hold them securely in place.
