What is this?! I want my money back. These "covers" are sold as shoe covers but are simply just plain ordinary socks! And not even in a good quality! Buy them if you want to spend a lot of money on socks...these are NOT shoe covers.

Well, I guess these past the test. I wore these in Belgium last week & they seem to do the trick. I recommend the black color if foul weather is approaching. They kept my feet warm. I would not recommend these as a water barrier --- more like an insulating piece for 45 to 55 deg weather. You know where you don't need heavy shoe covers, but the toes would get cold if you had nothing. Also, I have a size 9.5/43 foot & the s/m were a tight fit. I would go for the L/XL if you have a larger foot then that.
