Ibex Arrivee Cycling Bib Short - Men's - 2009

It’s a given that you’re going to sweat on your ride, and that sweat plus synthetic bib-short material is a stinky combo. Luckily Ibex made the Arrivee Cycling Bib Short with merino wool, which naturally blocks odor and regulates your temperature. To be more exact, merino, nylon, and spandex combine for the bottom of this bib short, and polyester and spandex take over on the seat and inner thigh.

Bottom Line: You have now arrived at your non-stinky bib-short destination.

what do you feel the comfortable temperature range is for these bibs? How does wool do in high humidity/heat?

I loved the feel of these bibs, especially being the first time wearing wool bibs. The chamois still felt comfy after 70 miles (my longest continually ride in them so far) and they do a great job of regulating moisture and temperature. The back of the legs use a lighter material which I liked. My complaint though is with the straps. I am very thin with a normal length torso but the straps were still unusually tight. I would still recommend these bibs but definitely made for smaller bodies.
