First try yesterday

It was 50° and overcast with some wind yesterday morning so a WC of in the low 40°'s counting bike speed. I started with a very light vest for the wind but didn't need it later. Very comfortable 4 hour ride.

perfect jersey for a chilly spring ride in montana. it kept me warm for the first couple of miles, then did a good job of keeping me comfortable throughout the ride. i'll probably be able to wear this jersey into june, which is unusual for any of my long sleeve jerseys, and those are all synthetics.

Great Wool Jersey

I've heard good things about Ibex and am quite pleased with the jersey. I've worn it for about 5 rides thus far. I ride in Northern California and so wanted a jersey that could deal with temperature swings, and thus does well. with a polyester shirt underneath I've ridden in temps in the 40s, and wearing only the jersey I just did a ride in the upper 60s. So temperature regulation is great.

My only gripe is that it's a bit long. I ordered a large and am 5'8" at about 170 lbs. Fits perfectly around the chest, but it's very long, even in the riding position. The wool has a good deal of stretch, so when you put things in the pockets, they sag down and don't ride flat on my back. This does bother me, but wouldn't keep me from buying the jersey.
