It doesn’t get any easier than the Pearl Izumi Microsensor Skull Cap…unless your brain has already begun to freeze. You can stash this tiny insulator nearly anywhere, and pull it out when you feel the evening breeze cooling you below comfort level. It fits underneath any helmet.

The perfect cap for me, I have very, very short hair so the cap is great on those downhills ehn it gets below 50. The ear coverage is good and secure and the best part is that I can hear the cars better as it muffles the wind in the helmet just enough.

Decent coverage but I was wanting a little more around the ears and back of the head in the winter. Seam is down the center and can put pressure right smack in the middle of your forehead.

Just what you'd expect

Great skully. Nice fit, not too tight or bulky. I didn't have to adjust my helmet to make it fit. I rode a canyon in about 45 degree weather at the base and came down at dusk (maybe 38-40 degrees). Stashed the skully on the way up and popped it on for the way down. Also it lets enough air flow through to keep you from overheating.
