This jersey is great for a number of reasons but my favorite is the mp3 pocket in the shoulder. It's big enough for my IPOD nano and the cord feeds through a hole on the underside of the shirt. Very cool feature! I only wish all Pearl Izumi jerseys had this feature.

I don't like the cap sleeve, I would rather have it be the traditional sleeveless, but this is personal opinion and not really a ding against the shirt.

The shirt is longer than other cycling jerseys that I own. At first it bothered me, but it doesn't ride up in the back and I like that.

I wash all my jerseys in cool water and line dry so I can't really comment on how it would handle being dried in the dryer.
