Pearl Izumi Select Cycling Skirt - Women's - 2009

Change you your usual cycling wardrobe with the Pearl Izumi Women's SELECT Cycling Skirt. Wearing a skirt can be fun, especially when you don't have to give up performance to do so. Does "cycling liner" mean cycling shorts underneath?

Does "cycling liner" mean cycling shorts underneath? And if so, are they padded?

They have a very light liner, it is not as thick as the majority of "normal" cycling pads. Hope that helps.
