I have been impressed with Pearl's quality the past couple of years and this vest is right up there. Its a top quality vest at a very reasonable price. Its light but well made-does the job. Sizing is true to size (American build). I am a football player who thinks he is a cyclist at 6 ft. 225lb. and the XL fits great , not too tight. I tried an XXL first and it swallowed me whole. Bottom line great vest.

I originally bought this to wear only on the bicycle and it is wind resistant, can't testify on the water resistant. Then I found myself wearing it at dusk to walk the dog and when hiking in the woods during hunting seasons. This is a very bright vest with reflective material to get you seen.

Fits true to size, I am 5'9" and 195 with a weightlifters build and I bought the XL and it fits perfectly.

Another quality PI product. Sizing is true to what they claim. I got the L and its snug, but come on people, we are cyclists, its meant to be tight. I dont want a parachute flapping around behind me.

Got this vest to wear on the morning bike commute, and found that it is the perfect addition for winter/spring running as well...it is the perfect piece to take the chill off the cold morning while still allowing heat to escape when you get moving. I usually wear over a midweight base layer down to 25 deg F, or over a lightweight base layer up to about 40-45 and stay very comfortable at the beginning and throughout my workouts.

Also, the screaming yellow color provides excellent visibility in all lighting conditions - key when running or riding in urban environments.

Had to return mine. I am usually a Men's medium in Pearl Izumi stuff, and the medium was way too snug. Other than that, I cannot fairly rate this product.

I'm 5'8" and 125, usually between a small and a medium. So I took the advice and ordered up. It is definitely an American medium. To much extra fabric for me so I'm going to return it. I already found a Santini vest that was a little cheaper so I ordered a small and medium in that just in case. The medium of Santini is much more form fitting. So a PI medium = a San large or xl

other than that it was great material and quality.

I bought a Zephrr jacket with removable sleeves 10 years ago.
It's still going strong!

great price on a great windbreaker...this thing keeps you warm on those cool mornings before the sun comes up and it's so bright cars are going to have to find another excuse for hittin ya

Mainly used while Skate Skiing (X-Country). The vest has a nice high collar which really works on 38 degree, blowing snow days. The packable design is great for the morning ski then fold and stuff into fanny pack as the days warm. Probably my most used piece of torso outerwear.

Vest is quite good at blocking the wind but the sizing is off. The Large is really more of a Medium. I mite expect this from a European manufacturer,but not Pearl.
