I would think it would be spot-on. Usually, people size up at least one (if not 2) sizes when ordering Castelli stuff.

Capo is just a tad bigger than Castelli, so I would think you could go with either a L or XL, depending on how you like your jerseys to fit. BC has the best return policy if you don't like the fit, so no worries there.

DeMarchi Contour EVO Cycling Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Men's

My experience is that Castelli and DeMarchi fit about the same (same on the size charts, too). You might want to watch out that this jersey has a next-to-skin fit, while the Castelli prologo is a bit looser (on me at least). If you get it and don't like it, backcountry has the best return policy ever, so they'll hook you up with the right size or refund you if they don't have it.

This jersey protects against UV and looks cool, and if it's anything like the short sleeve one that I have (probably is), then it is thin, light, moisture-wicking, and quick drying, so I would think it would be perfect for warmer weather.

I definitely wouldn't go for the XL. If you're 5'9", a M or L would be fine. To give you an idea, I'm 6'3" 170 lbs. and a L is good in length on me, but too loose everywhere else. If you like your jerseys tight, go for the m. If not, go for the l. Either way, if you get it and it doesn't fit, backcountry has the best return policy ever.

Craft PB Master Cycling Short - Men's

These were my first pair of road shorts, and they're very nice. They fit kind of small, and I could only give them 4 stars because they have super sticky leg grippers to keep the shorts in place (which some people may like) but they pull leg hair. I like the Zoot ultra shorts better, but these get the job done, are a little longer, and have a cooler chamois.

Good jersey

Castelli Prologo Jersey - Short-Sleeve - Men's

I have 3 of these jerseys, so I obviously like them a lot, but they have a looser fit than my Castelli Spilt Team Jersey. It's better for casual rides than the races. The yellow/fluo color is really bright, but makes you highly visible when competing with cars for the road. Overall, a comfortable, lightweight, and cool jersey.

Best Skinsuit Ever

Hincapie Sportswear George Signature Cycling Skinsuit - 3/4-Sleeve - Men's

This is by far the best skinsuit ever. It's comfortable and fits extremely well. It's super expensive, but it lasts a while, so I think it's worth it. I've found some of the sizes that aren't here or on the hincapie site on ebay for a little less, so that might work our for ya.
One other thing, I just noticed that it is permanently out of stock, so I guess hincapie and ebay are the only other options. I might pick up another one.
