Hincapie products are longer than the euro brands like capo and castelli and I would say a race/American fit. Those different cuts mean so many things with different vendors.

The pin is the same width as your skewer so when you put it on the wheel it helps keep it straight and lines it up easier. Its worth it and I think you will like it.

I wear these normal tights over my cycling shorts so I get the warmth of the tights and the chamois padding from the shorts.

You could also look into leg warmers. They are nice for those chilly mornings but then can come off quickly once the sun is out and your body heats up from exercising.

It looks like you are wanting a aero bottle? This is is soft, squeezable and non-toxic but it may be easier for you to buy an aero bottle with the long straw already attached so that you get a great fit. Thanks

The fabric is a "softshell" material. The term softshell is used when making reference to a softer but still protective outer shell. It is softer than a "hard shell" so it was termed that. Hope that helps.

They can but they will be super noisy! I ran my MTB tires on my trainer only once before I swapped them for a smoother slick tire. It will make a world of a difference.

The dish width of the rim. The 808's have a larger aerodynamic rim so they cut the wind a little better. If you are mostly riding roads and not competing where seconds matter the 404's will be great. The 808's will be great if you are doing triathlons or road races where seconds count. They will also be a little stiffer if you are a heavier guy. Same great hubs and spokes just different widths. I am using an older model of these for cross and they have been great. If you bunny hop a lot you may want to get a higher spoke count as this wheel is an 18 in the front. If you are on the ground then they should be fine.

I contacted Litespeed and they have not had any of the cross bikes come back with hanger problems. They have really beefed up the Ti in the hanger area and it is very strong. If you do crash hard and bend it the Ti is malleable enough that you can bend it back with out fear of cracking. It takes a lot of force to bend it either way. You shouldn't have any problems with it.

No, it has a ratio of 53-39 tooth while most compacts have a 50-34 range.

These do no have a chamois pad so they would be great for running. I share duties with my tights as well. Wear them over my bike shorts (that have a chamois) for cycling and wear just them for running.

I would recommend going with the 54. It has a true 54cm top tube but a smaller seat tube at 53, you will hear some people say size down in cross bikes but it all depends on the geometry of that specific bike. Cross bikes have a slightly lower bottom bracket so they can seem a little bigger but with that 53 seat tube you should be good to go. You may need to try a few stem lengths to get the best feel but you will love this bike. One of the best materials ever for a cross bike. Hope that helps.

As long as the max is 27 you are good to go.

They are water and wind resistant but not water proof. If you are in severe drenching rain for hours you might get a little wet.

16mm wide and the max psi is based on the tires. You wont have to worry about the tape affecting that.

No, and I would not recommend trying it either. It was designed to pump, not suck.

Reynolds does not put weight limits on most of their wheels but the heavier riders will cause the wheels to flex more. They recommend a spoke count of 20/24 (which these have) for over 190 lbs. So you will be fine. You may have to true them a little more often but they will keep you up and stand up to the abuse.

When the bike is built we leave every spacer on that it comes with so you can adjust the fit. The post is cut in house by our certified mechanics so if you would like to leave it longer please give us a call and we can make sure it is left long when you place your order.

Not sure what you mean here? Do you want cleats? Are we talking urban fixie single speed?

If its a normal road bike just converted to single speed and you want cleats then any road shoe is great. There are no special shoes for single speeds.

According to Thule's instruction manual you can only use your stock spare tire. So I imagine your 33" is going to be too big.

All the ones in stock are padless, we had another option of "Black with pad" but we have sold out of those. You can wear these over your normal bike shorts so that you still have a chamois.

Technically yes, they will mount on most 31.8 mm bars. Most people don't put aero bars on hybrid bikes but if you are in need of a few seconds being in the aero position could get you there.

These will be great for spinning but most spin shoes use 2- Hole spd cleats. So you will need to pick up an adapter that converts the 2 hole to a 3 hole.

The tubing on the Rocky is nicer, its a little stronger and stiffer. But they are very comparable with their parts. I agree with Jim, go with the one that fits better. The rocky has a little more relaxed geometry too with its more slacked top tube. Both are great bikes.

Shimano makes an adapter so you can use the 2 hole spd cleats with 3 hole shoes. I am sorry we don't have any in stock but here is another store that has some in stock.

It sounds like the 53 fits you better. If you feel too stretched out you can run a shorter stem and tweak your seatpsot and you should be fine. I hope that helps, it's hard to help with fit without more information.

Yeah, a lot of people run them with the triple set up. Set your limit screw on your dérailleur so you don't lost your chain and don't shift the whole way over with your shifters and you are good to go.
