Pearl Izumi Elite Thermal Tight - Women's
October 11, 2009
The tech specs on this tight indicate a chamois pad, but on the Pearl Izumi website, they list this tight as NOT having a chamois pad. So what's the verdict? Chamois or no chamois?

Giro Ionos Cycling Helmet - Women's
October 8, 2009
Was also wondering about the "pinkness" of the magenta color. I see in the response below, that it is more of a red-pink. I'm looking to get a helmet to match my bike, which is red (Cervelo red). Would the magenta in this helmet look "off" with a mostly red bike?

Northwave Bike Aerlite S.B.S. Cycling Shoe - Men's - 2009
October 1, 2009
I'm currently wearing a pair of Women's Northwave Velvet SBS road shoes that I love. But I've been wanting a full carbon soled shoe, like this one. My women's Northwaves are a size 42...would I order the same exact size in this Men's Aerlite SBS shoe?

Pearl Izumi P.R.O. Bib Short - Women's
August 4, 2009
The Tech Specs indicate that this bib short does NOT have a chamois pad...is that correct?!? I find it hard to believe that Pearl Izumi would make a bib short without a chamois...especially at this higher price point! Can anyone verify whether or not this bib short actually does or does not have a chamois?

Pearl Izumi Elite Bike Tank Top - Women's
June 23, 2009
Does this top have a built-in bra...and if so, is it a standard shelf bra? Is it supportive enough on its own, or would wearing an extra sportsbra underneath be needed for 36-38B/C cup?

Northwave Bike Velvet S.B.S. Cycling Shoe - Women's
March 19, 2009
I'm coming from wearing a Specialized MTB shoe. I'm a US size 10.5 in my running shoes. In the Specialized MTB shoes I wore a 42. Based on the NW sizing chart, it says I would need a 41.5...does this sound correct? I do require a wider toe box due to a toe-numbing issue that I have on my right foot. However, I do NOT require a full "wide" shoe...just need the extra wiggle room in the toe area. I plan on using TIME RXS pedals...will this shoe work with the corresponding Time cleats? Also...can this shoe accept a different insole? I need a bit more arch support, so I'll be wanting to use my own inserts. Will this shoe fit all of my needs?

Shimano SH-WR80 Cycling Shoe - Women's
March 13, 2009
So how does the "heat-moldable" option on these shoes work? Is this something that you do at home...as in, put them in the oven like other heat-moldable insoles? Or is this something that specifically has to be done at an authorized Shimano dealer? Also...I've heard there is some other custom "vacuum" fitting with this shoe? Is that also done at a dealer?
