Typhoon:

Upper: Airflow system and Anatomic Fit

Aerlite:
ST10.4 carbon sole (5 layers of carbon)
Anatomic Pro Footbed
Upper: Aerator System, Web Power Cage, Microfiber

Bottom line:

Typhoon is a good for the "most demanding cyclists."
Aerlite is good for "competition" - stiffer, more breathable and more expensive.
