I require a very wide fitting, particularly the left foot.
Tennis shoes are size 12 with 6E (which I use on the bike)
For normal shoes I favour Seibel - size 47 with K fitting.
Can Sidi supply such wide fittings. So far all trial fittings have failed.

People with wide feet have a extremely rough time finding cycling specific cleated shoes. I heard Lake extra-wide are wider that the Sidi Mega but with a 6E mutant foot any production shoes is going to come up short. I suggest two things. 1. If you don't plan on biking a huge amount (less that 100 miles a week) find a wide shoe with a flat base and as little mesh as possible and have it professionally streatched. 2. If you bike alot save your poor feet and spring for a D2 or Bont custom fit shoe.
