1) what are the terms of your 30 day guarantee? when I hit that link on the website it presents nothing other than the same page with no guarantee information.
2) I'm unfamilar with your rear internal gearing - is there more info on how that functions (i.e. the mechanical design)? How does that compare to a more traditional gearing ratio?
3) how do I get service?

i have read that the alfine has about nearly the same range as some 9 speed derailler systems without the chain deflection but some small amount of efficency loss.

Our in house mechanics make sure the bike is all set up and good to go. The brakes and dérailleurs will be adjusted so all you have to do is set your seat post height and ride away.
