Evan, I am 5'11" 175 lbs and I have a 53 Pinarello FP5. To me the 53 Pinarello's from the FP series ride more like a 55 due to the effective top tube measurement. I normally ride a 55/56 effective top tube measurement. This may not answer you question 100%, but I thought that I would chime in since we are similar builds. The 54 may work if you prefer a more "stretched out" feel to your road bike. Give us a call & we'll chat more? Ask for Chris Jones!
