My foot has always been somewhere between a regular shoe and a wide shoe. I also have somewhat of a high arch. These shoes do not fit my feet. I will be returning these and getting the "mega" which are made for wider feet. However, the materials, craftsmanship, and overall quality is obviously superior to my current Cannondale shoes. I would highly recommend these if you have a more average foot than mine. I got a size 43 which they call out as a size 9 and the length was correct.
