The palm is black on my White pair, though the picture shows grey. The black discolors handlebar tape but that happens anyway, no matter what gloves you use. Very comfortable on long rides - - I put them on & forget them. So far no popped seams, which is a problem I had with a pair of Giro Lussos. Real Cyclist is by far the best shop I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service & knowledge. They replaced my Lussos with these Monacos, sight-unseen. Bravo!
