These are good shorts, but I like the length of the regular Sugoi Evolution much better. I thought the shorter length would be fun and add some variety but the originals are longer for a reason. While these are not noticeably uncomfortable on a short ride (I haven't taken them out for more than 12 miles) I don't like the way they put pressure on the middle of one's quads. Also, as far as looks go, the bottom elastic comes to a place in the thigh that has more fat making it cut into one's leg more noticeably. I wear a medium, and my inner thigh definitely looks more "lumpy" in the Shorty. I will use mine until they wear out but will stick to the original model for future purchases.
