In my experience (I have tried on many helmets) Giro helmets usually fit a rounder head better than an oval shape like mine and the manufacture says so in their literture as well. I can push the two "tabs" together to snug the fit, but as soon as I raise my head (as would be the cyclist's position), the adjusters release and the helmet loosens. I find myself reaching back and re-tightening constantly during my rides. I know the Pnuemo is a bit dated, but I'm disappointed to see the same fit system on Giro's current helmets.
