Craft COOL Mesh Superlight T-Shirt - Short Sleeve - Men's

I found an unused mens Craft light weight gray short sleeve cycling shirt in a drawer bought a few years ago and now want to use it. I can't get the care label off which is glued on outside of neck front. Tried soaking in hot water with/without detergent and freezing it hoping it would crack off. Can't seem to access the Craft site for this question. Any suggestions?
